1 day trip  Marrakech – Ouzoud Waterfalls

1.1. Any booking made on our website is subject to availability and confirmation.
1.2. To confirm your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required. The remaining balance must be paid on the departure date.
1.3. Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, or any other payment method specified on our website.

2.1. Any cancellation request must be sent in writing (email or contact form).
2.2. The cancellation fees are as follows:

• Cancellation more than 15 days before departure: full refund.

• Cancellation between 07 and 14 days before departure: 50% refund.

• Cancellation less than X days before departure: no refund.

2.3. In case of cancellation on our part (e.g., extreme weather conditions, unforeseen events), a full refund will be provided, or an alternative date will be offered.

3.1. Any booking modification is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3.2. Modification requests must be made at least 15 days before the scheduled travel date.

4.1. Relax Travel Morocco cannot be held responsible for delays, lost luggage, accidents, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.
4.2. We strongly recommend that our clients take out travel insurance covering cancellations, accidents, and other potential incidents.

5.1. Clients must respect local laws, guides, and other participants.
5.2. Any inappropriate behavior may result in exclusion from the trip without a refund.

6.1. Personal information collected is used solely for processing your booking and will never be shared with third parties without your consent.
